The goals of Perseverance Theatre's education programs have been two-fold:
1) Young Artist Training – we are training the next generation of artists in our community by developing their fledgling interests into high level skills in the theater art form.
2) Interpersonal Training – with all the social disorders running rampant in our country these days, we see so many young people who can’t express their thoughts clearly. How can we expect them to survive in the world
without the ability to express themselves? Theater teaches that. Theater training teaches students how to get up in front of a large group of people and speak. Theater training teaches students how to work in groups. Theater
training, through its stories and through the act of imitation opens our eyes to the world beyond our front door.
